Consequential Damages Exclusion

Under no circumstances shall AccountPro Institute be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of income, career opportunities, business profits, or professional advancement, regardless of the theory of liability and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Force Majeure Provisions

AccountPro Institute shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, technological failures, labor disputes, or other acts of force majeure. In such cases, obligations will be suspended until circumstances permit resumption of normal operations.
